Yield-Bearing Balance Product Manager - Global Payment

Team Introduction The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payment team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business use cases. Responsibilities: - Develop user-centric yield-bearing balance products covering user journey design and user growth initiatives to fuel global ecosystem expansion and serve worldwide users. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis across target regions, iteratively optimize product experience and enrich functional architecture & product value based on market insights. - Drive ongoing product optimization based on troubleshooting, user feedback and KPI tracking to boost user acquisition and retention; identify industry trends and functional upgrade opportunities to strengthen long-term product competitiveness. - Evaluate the alignment between business requirements and existing product baseline, upgrade product architecture and design to guarantee high stability, performance and operational reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline requirement management workflow and improve end-to-end delivery efficiency.
